Orders placed are shipped as soon as stock is available (typically within 2 working days). You will recieve a notification when your order is placed as to when the goods are expected to ship. If you have placed an order but have not received this email, or have any other questions regarding an exisiting order, please contact us via support@lightsy.co.uk and reference your order number.


You may return any item purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt. If an item is damaged or faulty it can also be returned. Please see below for details. If you would like to process a return, please contact us via support@lightsy.co.uk

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged upon receipt it must be reported within 2 working days.

All lighting products are sold with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. In the case of fault, please get in touch with us to arrange for a return and replacement. Please note that as this warranty is provided by the manufacturer it can take upto 10 working days to get a replacement sent out.

Unwanted Items

If one of our lights isn't what you were hoping for or doesn't fit into the style of your home, you can return it within 30 working days of receiving it. All that we ask is that this is done at your cost. Unwanted items must be returned in a new and resaleable condition, or they will be rejected. 


In a case where a refund must be issued, these are processed within 1 working day. Depending on your payment method/bank refunds can take 3-5 working days to show on your balance. You will recieve an email notification when your refund is issued. Lightsy is unable to cover the cost of your electrician.
